Returns & Damaged Shipments

At Ernest Sanchez Photography, each piece is a bespoke creation, printed specifically for your order. Because of the custom nature of fine art production, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items Because each piece is custom-produced to your specifications, all sales are final. In the rare event of a production defect or transit damage, we facilitate a replacement through our quality-assurance process.

  • Notification: Please inspect your order immediately. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Process: Email ernestsanchezphoto@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the exterior packaging.

  • Resolution: Once verified, a replacement will be prioritized in our production queue.

Order Modifications Once an order is submitted, it enters our automated production workflow within 2 hours. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. Beyond this 2-hour window, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
